**Role & responsibilities**:
A manual tester plays a crucial role in the quality assurance (QA) department. Their primary responsibilities include:

- Defect Identification and Documentation: They meticulously identify and document defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
- Collaboration and Communication: Manual testers collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients to understand their requirements.
- Quality Assurance Strategies: They evaluate written code to ensure it aligns with project specifications and develop quality assurance strategies.
- Phased Testing: Manual testers organize phased testing with QA engineers to monitor system errors and discuss them with colleagues.
- Good/Excellent English communication skills.
- Technical & Practical knowledge of Manual Testing.
- Good team player and Dynamic.
