**Sales Executive**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting their needs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, detailing progress towards targets and key performance metrics.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and expand network connections.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a full-time position with competitive salary and commission-based incentives.
- The Sales Executive will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
