The role of Telecaller is to assist the organization’s sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. She should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity.

**The primary role and responsibilities of a Telecaller include**:

- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
- Follow the company’s guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers
- Research and identify new market opportunities
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be detail-oriented and an active listener
- A positive, confident and determined approach
- A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Time management and planning skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Education**:
