**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a confident and fluent **female Telecaller** to join our Mumbai team at Housivity. The role involves directly engaging with property buyers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the initial steps of their home-buying journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Call and engage with buyer leads who have shown interest on our platform.
- Ask detailed questions to understand their property requirements.
- Accurately update buyer details and preferences in the CRM system.
- Assign leads to relevant properties or field sales executives.
- Coordinate closely with the internal sales team for timely follow-ups.
- Maintain call logs, lead status, and follow-up records regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication in **English and Hindi**.
- Previous telecalling or customer support experience preferred.
- Strong listening skills and a persuasive, service-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Google Sheets is helpful.
