**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and update financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Verify vendor bills and agreements, ensuring statutory compliance.
- Assist in payroll processes, including PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax deposition.
- Draft and present accounting summaries and reports for management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for payouts and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate Accounts MIS records and ensure error-free documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or Accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts, preferably in the services or manufacturing sector.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, Word, and TDS software).
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of work.

**Reporting To**:

- Accounts Manager

**Salary and Benefits**:

- ₹18,000 per month.
- Benefits: Health insurance, Provident Fund.
- Schedule: Day shift, Morning shift.
- Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus.
