As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients with the goal of promoting and selling products or services, providing information, and generating leads. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.

**Product/Service Promotion**: Promote the company's products or services, explaining their features and benefits to potential customers.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and probing techniques.

**Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain positive customer relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

**Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, including call logs, contact information, and outcomes.

**Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into customers.

**Product/Service Knowledge**: Stay informed about the company's products or services to effectively answer customer questions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A bachelor's degree may be preferred.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or telemarketer.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Persuasive and confident phone presence.
- Ability to handle rejection and objections gracefully.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-focused and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
