We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team and help us enhance our online presence and reach.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various digital platforms.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:
Completed a digital marketing course from a recognized institution.

Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within a similar industry.

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

Experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.

Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and content management systems (CMS).

Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.

Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

Understanding of A/B and multivariate experiments.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
