**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- 1+ years of architectural experience preferably in residential projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion and 3ds Max is required

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to gather input and feedback on their **residential project **requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Regularly **communicate and collaborate with clients** to address any changes, modifications, or adjustments to the initial design plans, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Adjust contract terms and designs as necessary to accommodate changing client needs, budget considerations, or regulatory requirements.
- **Collaborate** with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals to ensure successful implementation and execution of the architectural designs.
- **Oversee and manage** architectural production staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Conduct regular site visits and inspections** to ensure the designs are being implemented accurately and according to specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

**Experience**: 1 Year minimum

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
