**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to develop design concepts that meet their needs and budgets.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and obtain their approval.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Create detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Manage the construction process to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
- Strong design and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
