**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategize & Keep up with the new algorithms and newly launched engagement tools.
- Stay updated on trending audios and reel content for Instagram.
- Ensure the production of day-to-day content & communications.
- Work with the social media team and graphic designers to ensure that the posts are engaging.
- Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.

- 1. High Ownership (taking complete responsibility for the growth via the respective channels)
- 2. Excellent presentation skills
- 3. Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced start-up environment
- 4. Neat verbal and written communication skills
