**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct orientation program and briefing new employees.
- Drive monthly HR meetings with all employees & resolve concerns by working closely with management.
- Forming and maintaining employee records Updating databases internally -Leave and Attendance Management Involved in Exit Management process

**Key Requirements**
- Should have good exposure in HRMS & MIS Reports
- Should be proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Work Experience: 1-2 Years
- Qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDBA (HR)
