**Chief Marketing Officer**

**Experience**:15 - 24 Years

**Salary**: 18 - 25 Lacs P.A.

**UG**: Any Graduate

**PG**: MBA/PGDM in Advertising/Mass Communication, Marketing, Operations
- Overall in charge of marketing strategy and business growth in sales, through marketing efforts. Must have sound knowledge for digital marketing and significant experience in a real estate builders office in innovative pre-launches, launch and post launch sales of flats and offices.- Understand real estate markets, sales prices, marketing strategy of competitors and current market trends to define and implement marketing strategies for sales of flats for the company.
- Generate leads through various digital, print and AV mediums.
- Oversee and implement the marketing activities for pre-sales, launch and post-launch of projects.
- Oversee the marketing, pre-sales and tele-marketing teams.
- Coordinate with the various digital marketing agencies; design agencies; publications; PR vendors; media vendors; banks; channel partners etc to prepare and execute various marketing strategies for the company.
- Prepare marketing budgets along with implementation schedule and provide regular MIS reports.
- Create an in-house digital marketing team.
- Must be able to strategize and create online content for effective digital marketing and monitor online marketing data analytics for optimum online presence and lead generation.
- Manage the entire marketing process in all aspects to aid in sales, corporate brand identity and PR for the company.
- B.Com Graduate in Marketing / MBA Marketing
- Male: Aged 30 - 35 years
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and min 5 years experience in a Builders office
- Must have first-hand knowledge of digital marketing in all aspects and min. 2 years experience in digital marketing
- English medium schooled from 1st to 12th standard
- Excellent English written, spoken, presentation and comprehension / communication skills
- Must be an excellent negotiator with an attention to detail
- Must be able to make presentations to internal and external clients
- Excellent Excel Skills with complex spreadsheets creation and data analyzing skills
- Competent in computing skills - MS Office Suite, Internet Explorer, PPP, Internet Browsing, google analytics
- Must have min. 2 years experience in marketing in an advertising agency or in marketing role
- Must have travelled abroad and set up sales offices, channel partner teams and sales teams.
- Must be entrepreneurial in nature, highly self-motivated and results oriented
- Smartly attired, pleasant personality & amiable person
