**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Student Counseling & Admissions**:

- Provide detailed information about the institution’s programs, eligibility criteria, admission process, and fee structure.
- Guide students through the entire admission journey, from inquiry to final enrollment.
- Address concerns and queries of students and parents in a professional and empathetic manner.

**2. Tele-Sales & Lead Conversion**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain and update the admissions database with accurate student details.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively presenting the value proposition of the programs.
- Meet and exceed assigned admission targets within given timelines.

**3. Target Achievement & Reporting**:

- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Track and analyze conversion rates to optimize sales strategies.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on student inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

**4. Coordination & Outreach**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation activities.
- Participate in admission events, webinars, and education fairs to attract potential students.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Number of student inquiries handled per day/week.
- Lead conversion rate and enrollment numbers.
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly admission targets.
- Response time and student satisfaction scores.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in Tele-sales, admissions, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle pressure.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and database management.
- Fluency in English and regional languages is an added advantage..
