We are looking for experienced Tele Callers to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients and potential customers, as well as answering incoming calls. The Tele Caller will also be responsible for building relationships with Companies, and customers, and answering any questions they may have.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to clients and identify the prospectives
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Answer customer questions and provide information about the course and services
- Follow-up with clients for joining the course, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues
- Prepare customer information into a customer database through the senior staff / Manager
- Send the daily reports to the senior manager's
- Fluency in English and Malayalam
- Degree / Diploma or PG required
- Previous customer service and telemarketing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Proficiency with computers and customer databases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
