SCCM/ SCOM Administrator
- 5 + Years of experience in an enterprise environment
- Willing to work in Rotational Shifts
- Openness to learn new technologies and tools
- Should have strong knowledge and experience in SCCM Experience design, installation and configuration and administration of Microsoft System Configuration Manager
- Strong Experience and Knowledge on troubleshooting issues in OS Deployment, Software distribution, Client remediation, Patch management and Software deployment using SCCM
- Should have strong experience on operational support for Automation tools
- Should possess great verbal and written communication
- Utilize monitoring tools and dashboards for purposes of identifying and remediating issues
