  • Implement and manage the SCOM console, ensuring seamless monitoring and notification rules.">
  • Develop and install custom Management Packs (MPs) to enhance system performance.">
  • Design and enforce robust security protocols for the SCOM console, including patch management and role-based access control.">
  • Provide expert-level support for SCOM components and custom scripts, leveraging strong troubleshooting skills.">
  • Craft customized reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to visualize system performance data.">

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">

  2. Experience with SCOM installation and administration.">
  3. Proficiency in application support and maintenance of monitoring and notification rules within SCOM.">
  4. Ability to develop and install custom Management Packs (MPs).">
  5. Strong understanding of SCOM console security, patch management, and role-based access.">
  6. Excellent troubleshooting skills for SCOM components and custom scripts.">
  7. Experience in creating custom SCOM reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).">
  8. Skilled in Microsoft PowerShell scripting for task automation within SCOM.">
  9. Solid understanding of application/network performance and availability monitoring.">
  10. Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and user training.">
  11. Willingness to be on-call for support and issue resolution.">
