**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Create and curate engaging content in line with brand identity and marketing goals
- Plan and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and contests
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community online
- Manage social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.)
- Track competitor activity and trends in the industry

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms, tools, and best practices
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
