**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement effective social media strategies to increase audience engagement.
- Analyse social media data and metrics to track the performance of campaigns, content, and overall social media presence, and provide regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and algorithm updates to ensure the organisation's social media strategy remains relevant and effective.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Specifically handle and grow various Instagram meme marketing pages, ensuring consistent and humorous content that aligns with our brand.
- Conduct regular audits of social media channels to ensure that all content and interactions adhere to the brand's voice, values, and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in using various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
- Understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Excellent social media strategizing skills to increase engagement.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and experience in creating and managing ad campaigns to reach specific target audiences.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
