**Office Administrator**:
- Manage office schedules, google calendar invitations and appointments.
- Provide support to finance, assist auditors with relevant information
- Input and update data and accounts in spread sheets and databases.
- Maintain and organize paper and electronic files.
- Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges
- Travel arrangements
- Manage calls/communication with new members
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation.
**Event Management (**
**Logistics and Coordination**:
- Assist in organizing events and conferences.
- Greet and assist members/ participants.
- Handle member inquiries and provide information.
**Event Planning**:
- Assist research and choose event venues.
- Create event budgets and proposals.
- Assist in developing event concepts and themes.
- Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, catering, photography etc.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure all event permits and licenses are obtained
- Maintain communication with team members, vendors, and attendees. Regular updates and clear communication and ensure that each aspect of the event is handled efficiently.
**Marketing and Promotion: (Assist executive committee with the following)**
- Promote events through various channels.
- Handle event registrations
- Create and distribute event-marketing materials.
**On-Site Event Management**:
- Oversee event setup and breakdown.
- Address any issues that arise during the event.
- Ensure that the event follows the established schedule.
- Recruit and manage event staff and volunteers as and when required.
- Provide supervision at event
**Post-Event Coordination**:
- Send thank you notes to event attendees.
- Collect new member information and update the Google data base.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years’ experience.
- Experience in event planning and administration, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Creativity and problem-solving skills (for event roles).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours during events.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
