We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Office Executive for Browsing Center cum eSeva Center.

Location: Vellakinar, Coimbatore

Preferred immediate joiners.

Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle inquiries related to eSeva services, internet browsing, and other offerings.
Manage customer registrations, form submissions, and other administrative tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized front office area.
Assist customers in using computers for internet browsing, printing, and other related tasks.
Perform basic data entry, including updating records and maintaining documentation.
Provide information about various eSeva services and assist in processing requests.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate billing and receipts.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of internet browsing and troubleshooting.
- Good command of both Tamil and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role or as a front office executive is preferred,
