Payroll Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Prepare and manage payroll reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and accounts for seamless payroll operations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and related information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in payroll processing.
- Good knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Indian statutory laws and payroll compliances.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
