The Academic Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence across the Primary and Secondary sections. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of child development and a passion for education. The Academic Coordinator will work closely with teachers, parents, and the school administration to foster a dynamic and supportive learning environment for all students.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Academic Program Development & Oversight**:
- Ensure the effective integration of modern teaching methodologies, including technology-enhanced learning and experiential learning.
- Monitor student academic progress closely and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular academic reviews and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
- **Student Support & Development**:
- Identify and address the learning needs of individual students, including those with learning difficulties.
- Coordinate and implement academic interventions and support programs, such as remedial classes and enrichment programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student curiosity and critical thinking.
- Guide students in their academic and personal development through mentoring and counseling.
- **Teacher Training & Development**:
- Support teachers in their professional growth by providing mentorship and guidance.
- Encourage and facilitate collaborative learning among teachers.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret student academic data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular academic reports for the Principal and other stakeholders.
- Utilize data to inform instructional decisions and drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**:
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's academic progress and well-being.
- Organize and conduct parent-teacher meetings and workshops.
- Address parent concerns and provide timely support and guidance.
- **School-Wide Initiatives**:
- Participate in and contribute to school-wide initiatives related to academic excellence, such as the implementation of new learning technologies or the development of innovative teaching practices.
- Promote a culture of academic excellence and a love of learning throughout the school.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in a teaching or academic leadership role in a reputed school, preferably with experience in Primary OR Secondary education.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational technology tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for education and a deep commitment to student success.
- **Preferred Qualities**:
- Strong understanding of child development and adolescent psychology.
- Ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
