**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Master's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in a teaching or academic leadership role in a reputed school, preferably with experience in Primary OR Secondary education.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational technology tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for education and a deep commitment to student success.
