**Roles and Responsibility**

Job Title: IT Coordinator

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

As an IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of data centre operations, with a focus on incident, problem, and change management. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of data centre infrastructure and systems, as well as facilitating effective communication and follow-ups with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and respond to incidents affecting data centre operations promptly.
- Maintain incident documentation and reports for analysis and improvement purposes.
- Identify recurring issues and root causes impacting data centre performance.
- Lead problem investigation and resolution activities to prevent recurrence of incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement long-term solutions and improvements.
- Review and assess proposed changes to data centre infrastructure, systems, and configurations.
- Coordinate change implementation plans, including scheduling, testing, and risk assessment.
- Ensure compliance with change management policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for data centre-related inquiries and updates.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders regarding incident, problem, and change statuses.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate records of data centre incidents, problems, changes, and related activities.
- Generate performance reports, metrics, and dashboards to track operational KPIs and trends.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Skill requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years), with expertise in incident, problem, and change management.
- Strong technical background in data centre infrastructure, networking, and systems administration.
- Proficiency in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices and frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow, incident management tools, and IT service management (ITSM) platforms.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently when required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation desirable
