**Job Summary**: BhairavaProjects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and highly capable Project Manager with a strong background in Civil Engineering. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee civil engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to develop comprehensive project plans and strategies.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines effectively to ensure optimal project performance and profitability.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local and national building codes, permits, and other legal requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, taking appropriate measures to ensure successful project delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all project personnel.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing civil engineering projects with 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within set deadlines.
