Job Title Project Engineer Experience 1-2 Yrs in project engineering or project management roles preferably in industry or sector Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field required master s degree preferred Strong project management skills with experience in project planning scheduling budgeting and resource management About us extending its expertise in three verticals of Project Management Process Management and Product Development It also represents various leading European food processing equipment supplier for the Indian subcontinent 3P Group is established in 2005 with vision of providing end to end solutions in processed food industry 3P Solutions shoulders the activities of project management Company committed to delivering successful projects on time and within budget We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team and oversee the planning execution and completion of engineering projects Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Engineer to manage engineering projects from conception to completion The Project Engineer will be responsible for coordinating project activities ensuring adherence to project specifications and schedules and driving project success through effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders Responsibilities Manage engineering projects from initiation to closeout including project planning scheduling budgeting resource allocation and risk management Develop project plans timelines and budgets and track project progress against milestones and deliverables ensuring adherence to project scope schedule and budget constraints Coordinate with project team members contractors vendors and stakeholders to define project requirements objectives and deliverables and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals Prepare project documentation including project proposals specifications drawings and reports and provide regular project status updates and progress reports to management and stakeholders Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and implement corrective actions and contingency plans to address challenges and maintain project momentum Monitor and control project costs expenses and resource utilization and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements to optimize project performance Ensure compliance with engineering standards regulations and quality requirements and facilitate project reviews inspections and audits as needed Foster a culture of teamwork collaboration and continuous improvement among project team members and provide leadership guidance and support to achieve project objectives Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with project team members stakeholders and senior management Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office applications Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
