**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated Construction QAQC - Safety Inspector to oversee quality assurance, quality control, and safety compliance for our modular and precast operations. This role involves monitoring, inspecting, and reporting on all aspects of manufacturing and installation to ensure adherence to design, safety, and regulatory standards.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Quality Assurance & Control**:

- Monitor and inspect the quality of precast elements during production and installation.
- Verify compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Conduct pre-delivery and post-installation inspections.
- Identify and report any defects or non-conformities in precast elements or site work.
- Assist in developing and maintaining QA/QC documentation (checklists, NCRs, reports).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production quality and installation methods.

**2. Safety Inspection & Compliance**:

- Conduct routine site safety inspections at the factory and on-site locations.
- Enforce compliance with company safety policies, government regulations (e.g., IS codes, OSHA standards), and best practices.
- Lead toolbox talks and safety inductions for workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices across all site activities.
- Investigate safety incidents and prepare reports with corrective action plans.

**3. Coordination & Reporting**:

- Coordinate with production, design, logistics, and site teams to ensure quality and safety protocols are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed inspection records and daily reports.
- Report quality and safety concerns promptly to relevant department heads.

**Qualifications**:
1. Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with certifications in QAQC and/or Safety (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).

2. Experience: 4-5 years in QAQC and safety inspection in construction, preferably modular or precast environment.

3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, precast systems, and quality standards.

4. Familiar with safety audits, risk assessments, and incident reporting procedures.

5. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and documentation tools.

6. Ability to travel to different project sites across India as required.

**Working Conditions**:
1. Full-time position, in an office environment, with occasional site visits to the factory.

2. May require occasional overtime.

3. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

4. Personal laptop is essential for this role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
