**Operation Executive**:
The Operations Executive handles the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities. The Operations Executive can report to purchase and sales departments of the company, but also has direct access to senior management. The Operation Executive will be in a well co-ordination between sales/marketing and purchase departments a

**The Operations Executive role includes the following tasks**:

- Communicating with Purchase and Sales departments to plan further workflow and targets.
- Co-ordinating with Purchase Department and make sure about the inventories and store working perfectly.
- Co-ordinating with Marketing Department and keep all the records regarding Finished goods.
- Actively taking care about dispatch activities and maintain track record of the same.
- Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers.
- Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
- Need to check production forms, test records, defects and operation completion status.
- Instruct labor and other warehouses to assist in managing work processes.
- Work with other departments within the company to bring inn additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.
- Ensure the RM, PM and FG are always well co-ordinated and recorded perfectly.
- Generating detailed reports regularly regarding work flow, Inventories, Finished goods as well as packing materials.
