**About Our Client**:
Our client is a fast growing chemical manufacturing organisation. They have been increasing their foothold in India and neighbouring countries in the last few years.

As COO, you would report to the Promoter. Your key responsibilities would be
- Oversee and manage all plant operations, ensuring efficient and profitable production
- Develop and implement strategies for high value production, leveraging knowledge of formulations and production processes
- Work closely with the R&D team to facilitate new product development, keeping in alignment with market trends and customer needs
- Provide exceptional technical service to customers, troubleshooting issues, answering technical inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Use market insights to guide operational and strategic decisions, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Ensure that all operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Aim for constant innovation, coming up with new molecules and APIs
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to ensure alignment of divisional goals with overall company strategy

**The Successful Applicant**:
You are a Chemical Engineer with 25+ years of experience, with strong background in speciality chemicals or API manufacturing. Experience as COO / VP Operations of at least 5 years is mandatory.
