Designation - Sales Coordinator

Location - Pune

Salary - upto 3LPA

As a sales coordinator he will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by coordinating and facilitating various activities to ensure smooth dispatch and efficient communication between the various stakeholders.

1. Order processing: Handle and execute sales orders accurately and in a timely manner

2. Communication: Act as a liaison between Sales team members, dispatch team and customers.

3. Customer Satisfaction: Provide assistance to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving various issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Inventory Management: Monitor and track inventory level and finalise dispatches to respective customers.

5. Prepare Sales related MIS reports on a need basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
