**About Us**:
Brain Discovery Global School is looking for an experienced and visionary Principal to lead our institution at Nanpara, Bahraich, Uttarpradesh with academic excellence, innovative practices, and strong leadership. The Principal will oversee the school’s overall operations, academic programs, faculty management, student development, and community engagement while upholding the school’s mission and values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership for the overall growth and success of the school
- Supervise daily operations, administration, academics, and student discipline
- Recruit, train, and develop teachers and staff to ensure high-quality education delivery
- Implement innovative teaching methodologies and ensure adherence to CBSE/ICSE curriculum standards
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for students and staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and school policies
- Collaborate with parents, management, and external stakeholders to build a strong community presence
- Lead school admissions, marketing initiatives, and represent the school in external forums

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in Education or related field (PhD/EdD preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership/administrative role
- Strong knowledge of CBSE/ICSE curriculum and modern educational practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teachers, staff, and students
