Vice Principal

**About Us**:
Brain Discovery Global School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Vice Principal to support the Principal in leading the school towards academic excellence and holistic student development. The Vice Principal will assist in managing day-to-day operations, supervising faculty, ensuring curriculum implementation, and maintaining discipline while fostering a positive and progressive school culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Principal in academic planning, administration, and execution of school policies
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments
- Support teacher recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Monitor classroom activities, teaching methodologies, and student progress
- Maintain discipline, safety, and overall welfare of students
- Coordinate with parents, staff, and management to build strong relationships
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and curriculum standards (CBSE/ICSE)
- Lead extracurricular, cultural, and co-curricular programs for student development
- Act as acting Principal in the absence of the Principal

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 7-8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2-3 years in an administrative/leadership role
- Strong knowledge of CBSE/ICSE curriculum and modern teaching methodologies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor teachers and inspire students
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
