**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier IT professionals for our client's staffing needs.
- Meet the Targets and deadlines.
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and implement staff augmentation strategies that meet business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HR IT Staff Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, job roles, and technical skills required for various IT positions.
- Demonstrated experience in staff augmentation, including managing contract and temporary staffing needs.
- Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Professional certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
