Job Description: Textile Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop new têxtile patterns and products, focusing on handloom weaving and Kanchivaram silk.
- Work closely with weavers and artisans to bring designs to life, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.
- Research and stay updated on current trends in têxtile design, weaving techniques, and materials.
- Travel across the country to collaborate with weaving communities, conduct quality checks, and source materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, weavers, and artisans to ensure the integrity and quality of the final product.
- Collaborate with the design team to create innovative collections that reflect our brand’s vision and heritage.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
