**Role Overview**: We are seeking a talented Textile Designer with expertise in linen, silk, and blends to create intricate designs that reflect our brand's vision. This role involves close collaboration with artisans to produce innovative designs using traditional techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop detailed têxtile designs, including hand-painted and embroidered elements.
- **Artisan Collaboration**: Work with artisans to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
- **Project Oversight**: Manage the design process from concept to final product.
- **Fabric Manipulation**: Experiment with fabric techniques to create unique patterns.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure seamless integration of designs into production while maintaining quality.

**Required Skills**:

- **Textile Expertise**: Strong knowledge of linen, silk, and blends.
- **Design Proficiency**: Skills in hand painting, embroidery, and fabric manipulation.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of color theory, weaving, and têxtile printing.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage design projects effectively.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
