**Responsibilities**:
1. **Clients Record Management**:Maintain organized records of both existing and new clients. Ensure accuracy and accessibility of client information for smooth communication and decision-making.
2. **Administrative Tasks**:Perform various administrative duties including filing, documentation, bill creation, and letter writing. Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping to support efficient workflow.
3. **Support Assistant Manager**: Assist in creating proposals tailored to client requirements.
4. **Effective and Professional Communication**: Address queries, provide assistance, and maintain a positive image of the company. Handle client interactions with professionalism, leaving a positive impression.
5. **Adaptability and Efficiency**: Demonstrate flexibility in meeting company requirements and evolving needs. Efficiently manage tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s in any discipline.
2. Technical and working proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is essential. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a bonus.
3. Good understanding of business operations.
4. Strong organisational and time management skills.
5. Attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
