Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and welcome visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- **Call Handling**: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing basic information when necessary.
- **Mail and Deliveries**: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- **Scheduling & Appointments**: Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for meeting rooms or staff as required.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- **Office Maintenance**: Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and assist with general office upkeep.
- **Supply Management**: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- **Visitor Log**: Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve visitor inquiries or direct them to the relevant staff member.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between internal departments and external contacts.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Professional attitude and appearance, strong customer service orientation.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Time Management**: Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
