**Junior Executive - Purchase**

**Scope of the job**
- Handle expediting requests after purchase orders have been acknowledged by the vendor.
- Work closely with Buyers to quickly resolve outstanding issues.
- Support Purchase Team to prepare weekly reports on supplier activities (late - on time or early delivery) external and internal.
- Assist in contacting vendors and verify the current inventory, ways identified and condition of patterns at their locations, and document outcome in the master pattern list.
- Communicate with the vendor regarding different purchasing activities.
- Work with Buyer and Engineering to identify obsolete patterns.
- To prepare the comparative statement for the different providers.
- To prepare the competitor analysis.
- Follow up on the purchase order.
- To assist in improving the purchase processes.
- Preparing the purchase order.
- To identify the new vendors with the help of competitors.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Minimum 1 years of experience with a MBA master degree
- Proven ability to establish and maintain industry relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
