Job Description Position: Junior Google Ads Executive Employment Type: Full-time, Remote (Permanent) Salary: 18,000 25,000 per month (fixed, in hand) Availability: Immediate joiners preferred About the Role We are hiring a Junior Google Ads Executive to support our paid marketing operations across Google platforms, including Search, Display, and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who understands the basics of digital advertising and wants to gain hands-on experience managing real campaigns. Key Responsibilities - Assist in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube). - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking. - Help in writing ad copy and identifying relevant audience segments. - Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare analysis reports. - Collaborate with Meta Ads and content teams to align multi-channel campaign strategies. Requirements - 01 year of experience or internship in digital marketing. - Basic understanding of Google Ads platform, keyword targeting, and bidding strategy. - Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. - Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for research or ad copy is a plus. - Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
