**Job description for Accounts Executive (Pools)**:
Cashflow:- Check Cashflow (CF) on daily basis to ensure balances for previous day tallied to bank statements and coordinate with the Treasury in-charge to rectify errors (if any)
- Transfer all correct entries from CF to accounting page for accountants to post daily

Eyeshare:

- Check AP invoices (IMOS and non-IMOS) that have been approved. Update the detail lines with the correct account codes and descriptions and transfer to “Ready for transfer” so accountants can post daily

Payments:

- Prepare pool distributions schedule, internal commissions and admin fees, inter-pool transfers for approval and send to Treasury for processing payment
- Arrange adhoc/urgent and scheduled payments

Others:

- Assist in getting supporting documents when requested by other departments or external parties
- Do verification of bank details callback for new vendors or change bank details by existing vendors
- Assist to retrieve documents for credit line requests
