**Experience: 1yr to 2yrs**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements for industrial and infrastructure projects.
- Liaise with government departments including:

- **DTCP (Directorate of Town and Country Planning)**:

- **CMDA (Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority)**:

- **TNPCB (Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board)**:

- **Fire Department**:

- **Health Department**:

- **DISH (Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health)**:

- Other local bodies as applicable.
- Ensure timely filing and submission of compliance reports and returns.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to statutory permissions.
- Monitor compliance status of existing projects and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate during inspections or audits by external government authorities.
- Keep track of policy changes and notify relevant stakeholders.

**Notes**:
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
