**Job Title**: Telecaller

**Location**: Andheri West
**Department**: Sales / Customer Service

**Job Purpose**:
To generate leads, make outbound calls, handle customer queries, and support sales targets through effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound queries.
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or conversion targets.
- Assist in campaigns and promotional activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

**Experience**:

- Freshers or 0-2 years in tele calling/sales preferred.
