1.Conceptualize and create innovative and effective designs for a variety of projects - both digital and print from idea/concept to execution.
2. Prepare BIM execution plans and project specific documentation.
3. Evolve design concepts through phases from schematic to Construction documentation using Revit 3D BIM modeling with high accuracy, precision & efficiency.
4. Develop architectural plans, sections, elevations & details in organized submissions for owner/contractor/consultant deliverables.
5. Knowledge of architectural building systems with the ability to create technical drawings and 3D models in accordance to standard construction techniques and principles
6. Manage and coordinate sensitive and confidential information related to project.
7. Proficient in using BIM authoring tools to provide technical support and mentoring required to the project team.
8. Manage and maintain project content and source any additional content as required.
9. Understand and ensure that any changes in BIM standards are effectively communicated to project teams.
10. Proven track record working with internal design teams and/or agencies to elevate the quality, creativity and deliverables developed
11. Coordinate and manage BIM project data sets/workflow and project set up.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
