An e-commerce manager's responsibilities include:

- **Managing website performance**Overseeing the website's performance in online sales, including design, marketing strategies, security, and team management
- **Analyzing data**Analyzing data to make decisions about how to improve the business, including conversion rate, cost per click, and average order value
- **Managing product rollout**Overseeing products getting to their end destination, including tracking inventory and managing fulfillment and shipping operations
- **Optimizing user experience**Ensuring the online shopping experience is on-brand, user-friendly, and seamless
- **Driving sales**Driving sales through digital channels and aligning e-commerce strategies with the overall corporate goals
- **Managing teams**Managing both the technical and creative teams involved
