**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a **proactive and strategic Marketing Executive** to join our pharmaceutical marketing team. The role involves developing and implementing marketing plans to promote pharmaceutical products, strengthen brand positioning, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Should have proficient experience in Orthopedic Product Range.**:

- **Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products** and brands.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan product launches, promotional activities, and campaigns.
- **Prepare marketing materials, product monographs, visual aids, and presentations for doctors and medical representatives.**:

- Coordinate with medical representatives to ensure consistent brand communication in the field
- Manage digital and print marketing initiatives for product visibility.
- **Monitor sales performance, product feedback, and competitor activities.**:

- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and ROI.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
- Ability to develop creative marketing content and strategies.
- Good analytical and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, regulatory, production).

Pay: ₹9,508.20 - ₹33,205.07 per month
