**Key Responsibilities**:
**Warehouse Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth workflow and operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper handling, storage, and documentation of goods.
- Supervise the loading and unloading of products, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure stock is properly organized and stored.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure that stock levels are updated and reconciled in the system.
- Ensure proper labeling and tagging of goods and products.

**Billing and Documentation**:

- Prepare and process accurate billing for products and services, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Generate and issue invoices for customers, ensuring they are accurate and in accordance with company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing, providing timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for timely payment collections and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and payments.

**Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other departments for seamless warehouse operations.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to inventory, stock levels, and billing.

**Quality Control and Compliance**:

- Ensure products meet quality standards before shipping.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in warehouse management and billing.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and billing software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and inventory management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
