We are looking for a **Warehouse Incharge** to manage and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse at Kapra Daily Supermarket.

**Position**: Warehouse IN charge
**Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in a warehouse or inventory management role (supermarket or retail experience preferred)
**Type**: Full-time
**Location**: Vennal Kochi

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery
- Monitor warehouse staff and assign daily duties
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security of the warehouse
- Coordinate with the purchasing and store teams for stock movement
- Regular reporting to management regarding stock levels, shortages, and movement

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of inventory and logistics management
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory systems)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Supermarket or retail warehouse experience is highly preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
