**Qualification: MBA (Finance)/CA/ CFA/ICWA or equivalent. (Must)**

**Additional Qualification: Degree from NITs /IITs / IIMs / Government Professional Colleges/ recognized international university) (Prefer)**

**Job Role: Full-time presence at the Visakhapattanam to lead the EMU and manage financial aspects of estate operations.**

**Desired work experience: Minimum 7 to 9 years’ experience in in financial management, preferably in estate/ property/ project management or any related sectors.**

**Age Limitation: Below 40 years**

**Compensation Offered: Rs. 100000/- to Rs. 150000/- (Negotiable)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
