**Job Overview**:
As a **Storyteller for Social Media Content**, you will be the creative heart behind our brand’s digital storytelling. Your role will be to craft compelling, original stories that connect the brand’s voice to a mass audience. You’ll work closely with our Social media and marketing team, and other collaborators to develop narratives that bring our brand to life, elevate our products/services, and engage our community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and craft engaging, on-brand stories that align with our content strategy and target audience.
- Conceptualize and write story-driven scripts for social media posts, reels, videos, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers to create visually appealing and cohesive content.
- Monitor trends and conversations across social media to integrate timely and relevant topics into storytelling.
- Analyze audience engagement and feedback to refine storytelling strategies and improve content performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in storytelling and engaging content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
- Creative thinker with a passion for crafting compelling, authentic narratives.
- Ability to adapt storytelling for different media formats (video, photo, text).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1 to 2+ years of experience in digital storytelling.
- Experience in a similar role in haircare, beauty, lifestyle, or cosmetic industries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Freelance

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
