We are looking for a Chartering Executive for a global maritime consultancy.

**Job Profile**:
Coordinate with tanker chartering and operations departments ensuring maximum space utilization of a vessel, number of port calls and ensure the voyage financial results are as predicted
Responsible for all aspects of vessel chartering activities, ensure profitable employment of managed/operated vessels, time charter-in tonnage.
Calculate voyage estimates and assist with budgeting and preparation of commercial tenders.
Monitor market conditions and rates for the industry through all appropriate means.
Responsible for Preparing voyage instructions as per the recap of main terms of the fixture and sending to charters and owners after shipment is fixed.
Conduct background checks on charters and/or owners to ensure conformity with company standards
Responsible for preparing clean Fixture recap and send to Charters and ship-owners for their records and reference.
Properly and timely convey voyage instructions, charter party terms, and other information relevant to the voyage and/or employment to the vessels to other parties and maintain a close dialogue with vessel operators.
Develop and maintain relations with customers.

**Requirement**:
Any Graduate
3-4 years of working experience in Shipping / Chartering Industry
Proven track record of preparing and implementing marketing plans including budgets
High motivation and drive to achieve results
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Very high organizing and co-ordination skills
Ability to build relationships with vendors and service providers
Ability to work under pressures of keeping timelines
Attention to details

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
