The candidate will collaborate closely with regional BDMs worldwide to maintain visibility, track progress, and ensure timely movement of leads from enquiry to order closure and payment realization.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B or maritime software sales, an analytical approach to managing the sales funnel, and the ability to lead through influence, driving results across diverse global teams while maintaining ownership of regional performance. Communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships within diverse markets.Key Responsibilities:- Own the complete sales cycle — lead follow-up, client engagement, demo coordination/delivery, quotation preparation, PO closure, and payment collection. - Act as the central sales driver, ensuring all leads across regions are actively tracked, followed up, and converted into confirmed business. - Conduct or support software demos when required to showcase Secure Load to prospects. - Collaborate with BDMs worldwide, providing strategic guidance and hands-on sales support to maximize lead conversion. - Draft, review, and manage commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts. - Engage with global clients via multiple communication channels (email, video calls, and in-person meetings at exhibitions). - Work closely with management to refine sales strategies, KPIs, and forecasting models. - Oversee and maintain the company’s Sales CRM, ensuring pipeline visibility, accuracy, and timely updates. - Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, responsiveness, and proactive after-sales engagement. - Ensure high lead-to-order conversion rates and timely payment realization. - Represent Secure Load at global exhibitions, conferences, client meetings, and business trips as required. - Achieve assigned revenue and regional growth targets while ensuring overall pipeline health.Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Marine, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred. - 8+ years of proven experience in B2B software sales or maritime industry sales. - Strong understanding of B2B sales, consultative selling, and account-based strategies. - Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and managing complete sales cycles. - Strong ability to conduct professional product demos and client presentations. - Experience in managing or supporting a global sales pipeline using CRM tools. - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales and pipeline strategies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills. - Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office tools. - Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, exhibitions, and sales coordination.Preferred Skills and Qualifications- Multilingual proficiency and experience engaging with clients across diverse regions. - Established network and strong relationships within the maritime and logistics industries. - Experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales in global markets. - Familiarity with maritime operations, project cargo, or vessel management workflows. - Experience coordinating with cross-regional teams to maintain a unified sales pipeline. - Ability to thrive in a consultative, solution-selling environment. - Comfortable with international travel for exhibitions, client meetings, and business developmentKey Competencies- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on deal conversion and profitability. - Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients worldwide. - Strategic thinker with the ability to design and optimize sales processes. - Highly organized with a results-oriented mindset. - Adaptability to the fast-paced, global maritime and logistics environment. - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and product teams to align customer needs with solutions - Skilled in interpreting CRM data, sales metrics, and customer insights for continuous improvement. - Self-motivated with strong ownership and accountability over targets and timelines.Why Join Us?At Admaren, we are redefining the future of maritime software through SecureLoad, a first-of-its-kind, web-based loading computer and stowage planner.By joining us, you’ll:- Play a strategic role in shaping global sales processes for a pioneering SaaS product. - Lead business development efforts collaborating with a global network of BDMs and partners. - Drive impact by converting relationships into tangible business results. - Collaborate with a global team of BDMs and industry professionals. - Represent an innovative company at international exhibitions and industry events.If you’re passionate about turning opportunities into results, leading with strategy, and building global client partnerships, this is the role where you can make your mark.Join us and be at the forefront of transforming global cargo operations with technology.
